WANDERLUST.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.

Consumed by wanderlust for most of my life, my love of new places and people prepared me for many adventures I would encounter.

Being in an unfamiliar environment can be scary, but those moments determine who you are as a person by helping you discover your capabilities and what you are made of.

Travel.
Push yourself.

Find a friend that pushes your boundaries and go on that trip!

Traveling can improve your mental health by helping you feel calm. Taking time from work to see new places releases the stress you've been holding onto. Relieving the tension and stress of your work life lets your mind relax and heal.

Ocean is my happy place

The ocean affects people on almost every level, especially when it comes to mental health. So, if you want to get the next best thing to therapy, visit the ocean and experience all of these things it can do for you.

Take the jump.

Being uncomfortable is something you should embrace. Putting yourself in new and unfamiliar situations triggers a unique part of the brain that releases dopamine, nature’s make-you-happy chemical.

Sunset chaser.
